Assessment and Privacy Statement
To become a client of GREAT Community Transport each person is assessed as to their transport needs and eligibility for assistance. Clients may use an advocate if they so choose to represent their interests. Contributions towards the service are negotiated individually.Assessment determines eligibility.
Your privacy is important to us. The initial telephone assessment is non-intrusive and takes about 20 minutes, with reassessments taking about 10 minutes. All client information is confidential and you are able to access any client information we may keep on you by making arrangements with the Manager.
Bookings and Cancellations
Clients requesting transport assistance need to give at least 3 working days notice. Cancellations are to given with as much notice as possible.Assessment and Privacy Statement
